Pastor Roshard and Lady Latrice Dawson are committed to helping people connect with God and each other. The two met while attending college at the University of South Carolina. They have been faithful members of RDCI for over 15 years.

Pastor Roshard has served in the music ministry since coming to the church in 2006. Lady Latrice has served in children’s ministry and logistics over the years. Bishop Herbert and Dr. Marcia Bailey released them to pastor the Fort Mill campus in October of 2022.

They are passionate about family, faithfulness and servanthood. They have 2 wonderful children from their union: Cailyn and Caleb.
