The Faith & Mental Health Summit is a time to learn, grow, and discuss how mental health intersects with our spiritual lives. The summit is a place to help those who want to grow in their own mental health and those who want to know how to best help others on their mental health journey. Mental health matters in the Church, but many feel under-equipped. Be prepared to walk away with tools and encouragement you need to support the people you’re called to care for.

Who should attend?

•Those wanting to learn more about mental health
•Licensed therapists, counselors and social workers
•Pastors & Church Leaders

Why this conference?

Far too many individuals in our communities are navigating anxiety, depression, poverty, isolation, and addiction—often in silence and without access to meaningful support or safe spaces to heal. Stigma, particularly within faith-based settings, continues to hinder open conversations about mental health and wellness. This event seeks to disrupt that silence. By integrating faith and holistic mental health practices, we aim to provide practical tools, clinical insight, and accessible resources that empower individuals and communities to move beyond survival and toward collective healing.
