Both forms must be submitted with the same completed information when requesting an announcement to be made during service times. Failure to complete both forms may impact the run of your announcement.
Please be advised that church services and events may take priority over certain requested times and dates.
•Announcements must be submitted at least two weeks prior to service/event
•Announcements will not run on the same day it is submitted
•Ministry leaders are responsible for ensuring all information is correct, finalized, and submitted in a timely manner •The information and details submitted on both forms should be the same. •If a graphic for an announcement/event has already been made by your ministry, it is subject to Media approval and revisement. Please attach the graphic in the Media Graphic Request form ONLY
