Both forms must be submitted when requesting an announcement to be made during services times.
Please be advised that church services and events may take priority over certain requested times and dates.

Announcements must be submitted at least two weeks prior to service/event
Announcements will not run on the same day it is submitted
Ministry leaders are responsible for ensuring all information is correct and submitted in a timely manner
