Florence Egg Olympics (Shoot Out Contest) 2026

$10 Entry Fee for the public (all ages).

Egg Olympics Basketball Shoot Out Contest Rules:

1. Each contestant will donate $10 to participate in the Basketball Shoot Out Contest.
2. Each participant will shoot two shots from 5 designated spots on the court. The spots will include the corners, wings, and the top of the key.
3. Each participant will have 60 seconds to complete their individual round.
4. If the participant does not shoot all 10 shots within 60 seconds, they will stop when directed by the clock keeper. No scores from any additional baskets made will be counted.
5. The contestants with the top 4 scores will advance to the final two rounds. Shooting order for each round will start from lowest to highest score, shooting last.
6. In the event of a tie, three shots will be taken—one from each wing and one from the top of the key. The highest score will advance.
7. Once the final round is reached, the same original ten shots will be taken, and the highest score will be named the RDCI Florence Egg Egg Olympics Basketball Shoot Out Contest winner with a $100 Grand Prize!
